The closing ceremony kicked start with the theme song “Leave Your Song Here” at 8:06 pm local time with a total of 35000 spectaculars and ended at around 10 pm taking approximately 2 hours to end. China again offered another spectacular ceremony for the world to mark the end of the largest ever Asian Games in the history of Asia .
This time the closing ceremony contained more songs and dances celebration.
The performance included the culture from China and other nations in Asia such as India , Japan , Kazakhstan , Indonesia , Lebanon and Mongolia . This is a way to bring and unite the whole Asia together into this very special occasion.
The gigantic-scale and splendid fireworks display amazed the audiences.
The stylish fireworks shoot out from the 610 meters Canton tower lighting up the sky of GuangZhou beautifully and colourfully. It became a hazy night for GuangZhou after the fireworks.
The difference between the opening ceremony and closing ceremony was the creation of the biggest opera house of 1500 strong chorus that echoed to the heavens and to the lovers of loves in the earth.

4. Chai Fong Ying (Wushu - Women's Taijijian/Taijiquan)
5. Datuk Nicol Ann David (Squash - Women's Individual)
6. Datuk Nicol David, Sharon Wee, Low Wee Wern and Delia Arnold (Squash - Women's Team)
7. Mohd Azlan Iskandar (Squash - Men's individual)
8. Ku Jin Keat (Karate - Men's Kata)
9. R. Puvaneswaran (Karate - Kumite Men's below 55kg)

Korean pop star Rain also preseneted in the closing ceremony by rendering 3 songs which are Rainism, Hip Song and Friends. This is part of the promotion for the 2014 Incheon Asian Games in South Korea . The Mayor of Incheon Song Young-gil also officially received the theme flag.
The closing ceremony ended with “Kai Xuan” performed by Alan Tam, Leo Ku and Hacken Lee.
